Sam - I think you and I are a couple of the few that thinks this deal could go down. The deal hinges on institutions and they will not complete their decisions until the last minute. Then there is the possibility of an outsider stepping in at the last minute with a better deal. I believe this give SEG leadership in desktop areal density. biz.yahoo.com Steve Luczo has performed well with SEG. He has streamlined the distribution, automated the factories and is now showing the technology leadership he claimed. Too bad you can not trust him with your money. Regards, Mark
