since we are having this argument based upon ISP's, etc...I would like to add that i had no problems with cyber until the last couple of weeks. I am on a highspeed conection..and have avg pings of <100ms. I know a few people in DIFFERENT parts of the country...all experencing the same problem. Did'nt cyber just setup a new data center? maybe that is the problem....ummm....naaaaa....that couldn't be it :-)
