Zotan, this kind of article is just amazing in it's level of complete misinformation. Talk to ANY serious Carrier and ask them if their market share for long-distance has disappeared due to Internet Telephony! My traffic (voice & fax) is going up 50% a year. Yes the per minute rate is going down due to VOICE competition created by new Carriers entering into my market like MCI/WorldCom, Colt, Viatel, etc.etc......but none of these carriers are using Internet Telephony. So what is happening is that voice rates are going down -- which in turn is driving up the traffic -- resulting in revenue growth. Internet Telephony? Free long distance? I don't see it and if there was free long-distance I would be out of business -- and I am definitely not out of business! Don't believe everything you read Zolt......even as much as how you love reading articles to get your superficial level of knowledge.
