I'm glad I'm not cynical. Otherwise the timing of the positive earnings preannouncement would look fishy If you've ever listened to an SDLI conference call you know these guys are the most careful managers in the industry --- or any industry. Their Safe Harbor statement takes over 5 minutes! (or so it seems) I'm certain they pre-announced b/c they know they have to report any material change in a timely manner. No one will be able to accuse them of withholding information. Any other company and I'd be cynical. Not this one. Pat
