I agree. It seems there is a big opportunity in the finance area that Kitao has pounced upon. I have heard of Hikari investments being sold off in the wake of HT's imminent demise. These are nicknamed 'Hikarimono' which, like 'sumono', are something (usually pickles) on the side of a Japanese businessman's lunch. Apparently Softbank is picking up some of these 'secondaries' at considerable discounts. While I think NCB fits into the overall vision of Son, I also like Kitao's practicality. I think the gov't will have to look for a new buyer.
