Hey all, This stock came up in conversation over the weekend and I looked into it to satisfy my questions. For what it's worth... Accumulation started on the way down on 5/1. Accumulation picked up with the volume on 'whipsaw day', 5/2. Gapped at open on 5/5...news released on 5/9. Hmmmmmm... The NASDAQ Composite started its recovery about a week earlier than this. It is kind of hard to tell whether or not VTCH's actions are in sympathy with the market or prompted by advance information of the MSFT deal. If we knew that, you'd know if your buying in Monday would be in the face of knowledgeable selling. There has been a lot of distribution of this stock since the first of the year, you'd have to assume it's the insiders who got shares from the IPO (bonuses and whatnot) because the stock really hasn't given an IPO buyer a chance to make money yet.
