MrGJ,

<<Is there a bear market? I would say not as measured by the indexes. At least not yet. Have the markets been volatile? No doubt. All in all, as of now, the indexes have not moved all that much since the beginning of the year.>>

Bob said the NAZ is definitely in a bear market and (on Sunday) that the SP500 is 1/3 NAZ stocks. Therefore THE MARKET is in at least 1/3 of a bear market (not measured by capitalization). Or should we say that some stocks in the market are in a bear? We'll see how it plays out, but Bob has taught us all that THE market is the SP500.

Could it be that we should implement complete separate economic data for each index? Hey, we could have multiple economies within the US and then we could trade between them with Bob's advice in timing each one.

And I just thought we were trying to understand the whole economy.
