First impressions were good......but i think we were more enamored with the idea, not the product. When the stuff was out on display, everyone thought that it was indistinguishable from the regular stuff, but once it was tried for real, and I got to talking around and asking questions, I found that the surgeons hated it. The gowns were too hot, the towels left a residue on the hands, the sponges didn't absorb...in a word everthing was, for lack of a better word - "plastic-y". The concept is good, but they don't have the full line of products. That means that the OR crew has to sort materials. Not only that, after the trial, and it looked like we were being wishy-washy on the product, POOF! the sales staff disappeared, never to be heard from again. I have some real mixed feelings about this compay, now that the novelty has worn off. |
