Eric,

I do believe TVI is a good buy. I use to own this company. I bought it at $0.85 and sold it at $2.36. It is now trading at below $0.60.

While I think that TVI is a buy at current prices, I would caution people with a price target of $2.75. Remember, TVI has 90-100 million shares outstanding. At $2.75, the market capitalization is $275M. TVI does not own 100% of the properties. Newmont owns 60% of TVI's interest in the properties going into production. TVI properties contain low grade mineralization (Cu + Au).

While I think TVI is a good buy at current prices, I think a target price of $2.75 may be on the high side.

Regards, Lalit Jain
