Your response demonstrates why the standard in sexual harassment suits is not the "reasonable man" standard, but the "reasonable woman" standard. I don't believe many women feel kindly towards a man who says "What a bitch! What she needs is a good f*." I think implicit in the statement is the concept of "whether she wants it or not!" And "whether she wants it or not" is rape. Furthermore, if you tell your your boss "what you need is a good f," she will fire you. If you tell your employee "what you need is a good f," she will sue you. If you tell another man's wife "what you need is a good f*", I trust he will punch you in the nose, after she slaps you in the face, or punches you in the nose herself.
