In DAM012, Cala Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: CCAA) Acquires an Interest in
B-Tec of Italy, moved earlier today, we are advised by the company that the
second graph, second line should read, "more than 600 people," rather than "more
than 400 people," as originally issued.
