Neocon, lol that was a good one;-) My maternal family came from England in 1637 and others followed. Several served in the American Revolution and during the Civil War they served on both sides due to the Virginia Geography of that era. I am sooooo glad that my Immediate family landed in a Union State. I am a direct descendant of Thomas Cole the Hudson River Valley Artist. My son is an artist and a teacher and on and on. My son is married to a mafia princess;-) Have you read the Sir Harry Oakes scandal?? my family are closely related:-(
