I think it is quite a disappointment to see that T-Bird plus copper offers very little advantage over Athlon and Al. Bigger die and no significant performance improvement or frequency jump.

And what do you base this statement on? What you see at Frys? ;^)

Jerry Sanders has said that they are on track for 1.5GHz at year's end.
