Tomshardware compares RDRAM to VCRAM, and this has been talked about on the thread. For instance:

Here's a link to Kingston memory's ValueRam website, with pricing for various memory types:

At the moment, 128MB of x64 PC800 RDRAM costs $619.

128MB of P133 VCRAM costs $179.

Kingston seems to have a pretty good supply of boutique (i.e. rare and expensive) memory. I bet that they will be among the first to offer DDR, as well.
