I'm listening to the tape. Very close to the beginning,
Sherwin states that the company has approximately 250
million in cash plus an additional 5 million shares of
ABGX (12 percent or about 500 million dollars based upon today's close) or a total of 750 million.

Where does the 250 million come from? I thought the
company had 50 million in actual cash excluding ABGX stock.
