HA HA HA!!! Alcatel.. what a piece of work these guys are. Typical old world company tactic... if you can't compete sue 'em. It'll be interesting to see them try to prove the "willful and deliberate" comment. HA HA HA HA!!! First you can't sue a company for hiring away talent. Here's a clue... if Cisco felt there was any basis for ALA's claim they would have settled before this was filed. Good luck ZO. OG
