I believe the die is 117mm2, not sure though.

There's other factors to consider also. Directly from IBM about their copper process:

The process used to build a semiconductor with copper is actually 20-30% less expensive than the same process used to build with aluminum. However, that does not necessarily mean that the end price of a chip, much less the price of the PC or other device it goes into, will end up being 20-30% cheaper, as there are many other factors that determine those prices aside from the cost of the manufacturing process.

Also, IBM has stated many times that yields are far better on copper than Al (not sure if that's included in the 20-30% from above).
