Panic Mob, Intel is losing because it becomes more and more cocky just like you did in your last message. Intel's culture is paranoid, the opposite of cocky. If I had to guess, I would say that Intel fears AMD more than AMD fears Intel. Have you seen an interview with Mr. Sanders lately? The definition of cocky. Every empire in history has waned. No exception. Ok, so you are saying that Intel is an empire? Intel is a company. And I suppose AMD is on a Holy Crusade to conquer the heathen Intel Empire? Get a grip, this is business not religion or politics. I thought you were one of a few guys on this thread that have a balanced view and a down-to-earth attitude. I have posted many notes on this thread critical of Intel, and very few that even mentioned AMD. When I do post about AMD, it is almost always positive. Review the AMD thread, more than 60% of the notes are about Intel, almost always critical. I would rather focus on and be objective about the company I'm invested in, than live on the hope that their competitor will fail. I am still learning That's obvious. John
