Rick,

SVGI's competition is Nikon, Canon, and ASMLF. Each of these are much larger in terms of units shipped. Rough numbers are SVGI 40/year, Nikon and Canon 500/year and ASMLF 250/year. These other three have a reliable record of high volumes of production units shipped. SVGI is a relative newcomer and it has no track record for high volumes. The market has accorded SVGI almost nothing for its lithography group. The micrascan seems to be the best technology (I am not an expert), but the market has expressed little confidence that SVGI can actually ship large production volumes of micrascans.

I don't have a realistic forecast. I am betting that SVGI can move production from 40 to 200. I am fairly confident that if SVGI can build them the market will buy every one.
