VIRT was last traded at a Bid of 12 and an Ask of 16. Market makers are trying to make some money here. Too large a spread here if you ask me. Anyway, it's all based on capital and research. Both of which VIRT does not have at the moment. Last block bought was only a 600 share block, one lonely person. What VIRT really needs at the moment is a clear understanding of which direction they wish to travel. Until then most are just in "Stand-By" mode.
