My problem with this gold rally is that lease rates have not moved up -- quite the contrary.

Unless lease rates move up soon, the rally will be over.

That said I do think a pullback in the gold shares would be a great buying opportunity. I still see gold going much higher in the months ahead as the dollar comes under greater and greater selling pressure. But short-term this rally may be almost over.
