Patented Rapid Application Software Toolkit Exclusive to Xybernaut
June 6, 2000 08:31 AM Eastern Time FAIRFAX, Va., June 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Xybernaut Corporation XYBR , the leader in wearable computing and communication solutions and Capella Computers, a leader in Rapid Application Development (RAD) technology for electronic publishing, today announced the completion of long-term agreements to make Cappella's patented multimedia technology exclusive to Xybernaut in the wearable computer marketplace. Under the agreement, the RAD technology has been optimized and speech-enabled for wearable computers produced by Xybernaut. This multi-lingual, multimedia technology allows users to quickly assemble speech-enabled prototype and production Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs). Capella and Xybernaut will also jointly provide training, development and integration services for organizations requiring a turnkey solution.
