Tim, I'd love to get the input, a 4 or 5 year chart
on HCP, looks to have broken the long downtrend and
it still have a 10+% Div. Yield. the cash flow as
was pointed out looks pretty good.

HRC I believe I like I'd like to buy it right on the
200 DMA. I need to kick the tires a bit more on it.

I have seen first hand the carnage in the area.

SUN Heathcare, now bankrupt, was a value pick that one
value manager mentioned repeated on cnbc. and it went to
zero basically.
