CCAA holy moly....more news today..

OKLAHOMA CITY, June 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Joseph Cala, Chairman and CEO of
Cala Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: CCAA) today announced that Cala
Corporation has acquired a 51% interest in the Italian company, San Giuseppe
Molino. The historic San Giuseppe Molino Mills, located in Caltanissetta,
Italy, are known for their high-quality bread products. The mills currently
wholesale their products throughout Italy. They own and supply two exclusive
outlets, and they supply and affiliate the San Giuseppe Molino name with six
other bakeries.
Mr. Cala stated that it is Cala Corporation's intent to quickly open a
flagship bakery/cafe in San Cataldo, Sicily. This site will become the
prototype bakery/cafe for expansion into European, American and Japanese
markets. Cala Corporation's goal is to open over 100 franchise locations
within five years.
This acquisition is expected to bring immediate revenue to Cala
Corporation. Annual system-wide sales for the mill and eight retail locations
exceed $5 million. The mills of San Giuseppe Molino have become famous for
their "farina" formulation. High quality wheat is imported from Argentina,
Canada and the United States, then mixed and processed according to a time-
honored family recipe. Long-time owner, Mr. Cataldo Riggi will remain as
president of San Giuseppe Molino. He will be responsible for expanding
operations into a new state of the art mill. The new mill will allow for
overseas export of wheat and bakery products. 600 new jobs will be created
when the new mill and requisite support services are combined. The Riggi
family has an historic connection to this industry. Mr. Riggi's father
founded San Giuseppe Molino well over fifty years ago.
Gary A. Modafferi has joined the Cala Corporation's management team as
president of this American subsidiary. Dennis LeBlang has joined Cala
Corporation to oversee and control the development and design of the
bakery/cafe prototype. Mr. LeBlang brings over 30 years of construction and
design experience to Cala Corporation.
