Free Service Enables Developers to Test Applications
in a Hosted, Voice Web Environment
Interactive Telesis Inc., (OTC BB: TSIS), a leader in specialized interactive voice response (IVR) services and deployment of speech recognition technologies, today announced a partnership with Nuance(R) (NASDAQ: NUAN), a leader in voice interface software, in which Interactive Telesis will host Nuance's Voice Site Staging Center.
The center enables developers to test their speech-enabled applications in a hosted, Voice Web environment.
The Voice Site Staging Center is a 24 by 7 interactive testing center that aids developers by allowing them to test their Voice Web applications in a runtime environment using the Nuance Voyager(TM) voice browser. This center supports VoiceXML (with Nuance extensions) and SpeechObjects(TM) and enables developers to upload their application to the site via the Internet, and receive online call detail and testing results.
Furthermore, the center speeds time to market by providing the necessary deployment infrastructure for testing, allowing developers to focus their efforts on application development, and reducing the cost of development equipment.
