The issue I was addressing was copyright infringement, not contract enforcement. Don't forget, China claims to have invented their own "flavor" of CDMA which doesn't violate QCOM's contracts. And please, guys, don't argue with me about the merits of the claim. Whether they are right or wrong, that's what they say, and I don't think the issue of the validity of a Chinese patent can be resolved *by a legal proceeding* anywhere but China. There are, of course, other ways of resolving disputes. And of course, they may not be able to make the system work.
