Vegitas by White Mountain Pure Foods Company are also very good -- excellent fajitas. I couldn't find a web site for the company, but their products are sold in Whole Foods (in Austin at least).

BTW, maybe I'm trying to get this forum boiling, but would a vegetarian eat seafood? I'm of the opinion, that a vegetarian does not eat meat, seafood = meat, therefore a person who eats seafood is not a vegetarian.

Now, I'm really sure that many of the vegetarian cookbooks that use chicken broth in their recipes are not vegetarian cookbooks (of course I'd just use a non-chicken chicken broth instead :] )
