Global Maintech is still on the BB.

I just reviewed their balance sheet and, as of the end of first quarter, they had $2.4 million in total assets and $1.5 million net assets.

I am embarrassed to say, I cannot remember with any certainty the total/net asset requirement for NASDAQ listing.

I believe, however, that $3 million total assets and $2 million net assets is sufficient for a small cap listing. (None of that matters once the price moves above $5.00)

From speaking with the CFO, I believe that they will be financially qualified sometime within the next several months. Whenever that happens, I am guessing that NASDAQ small cap listing is not automatic. So perhaps there is another month or two delay?

Sorry for being so dum. The short answer to your question, however, is "yes".
