Blake, Hard to get your arms around this one. With the switch to 128mb and 0.18 micron there should be more bit's per wafer.
On the other hand, it appears that average bits/PC are rising. On the other hand wafers are being diverted to other products, (ie: flash), which are more profitable. On the other hand, if SDRAM prices reach $1.25/MB as predicted, the mix could change again. <g> On the other hand, I don't have the foggiest. <g>
