Covered Agilent (A) at 70 1/2

The next major distribution play is PALM. COMS will be distributing around 530 million PALM shares to its shareholders on July 27th. Unlike Agilent, Palm will not be added to the S&P 500 to absorb part of the increased supply. There is a major drawback - PALM has a very high short interest and a short position can be subjected to mini squeezes and also buy-ins (assuming you can borrow it in the first place).

Rajiv
