Michael (sorry for the delayed response), All three acquisitions were aborted after CRNC did their due-diligence on them. Actually, I think two were aborted due to excess baggage that came with them (i.e. debt, non-performing assets, etc.), and one was aborted because the other company was asking for too much in return which would have been dilutive to CRNC. That was a while back, the company and business plan is entirely different from that one. Gator
