I don't recognize who Dortmunder is. This market is extremely thin, I do not think it wise to load up either way. The action seems to be coming from those who participated in the huge up move in the NDX. Whether they have staying power is very difficult to discern. I personally feel that somewhere soon this rebound will exhaust itself.
