Personally, I like the MycoTox deal. For a dirt cheap price they get a fairly nice little company that starts to answer the concerns about ABTI being a one trick pony (and we aren't even sure if they've learned that trick, or whether Ringling Brothers, Barnum and FDA will let them do it). And as you note, they are quite familiar with each other.

One has to wonder, with this and the MLNM-ChemGenics deal: Is there something about winter in Boston that turns biotechs' fancies to fungus companies?
