While the China trade agreement is good news in the long run, several bugs need to be worked out. I wouldn't expect any immediate results because of it. It would take several quarters before U.S chip/semi companies benefits from it - but they will eventually. Taiwan already is a manufacturing hub for U.S companies, and I don't see folks like ALSC jumping the ship to manufacture at China in the near term.
ESST is one company that may benefit more than the other small cap chip/semis, since they have sown many seeds in China for the past few months.
