With FLC's press release about bringing some cold stacked rigs online in the future, there will probably be other drillers following suit. If my memory serves me correctly, VRC - Varco will be one of the companies benefiting from this. I'm sure there will be plenty of over haul and upgrade work to get these rigs ready to go. Maybe Big Dog can give us an opinion on who will benefit the most when cold stacked rigs are brought out of the moth balls??
