PHCM had considerable buying thru out the day. IMO considerable accumulation ongoing. Since techs will sustain a rally at some point PHCM is one of perhaps 30 NAZ stocks
that are almost certain to do well. PHCM sold off in the last fifteen minutes on light volume as the NAZ tanked.
Should the NAZ remain stable or move up PHCM will easily move to $120 and probably considerably better in the longer run.
