I see it as more of a pleasure than a problem. Can you say buying opportunity? Here's a chance to grab a great company at a 15% discount, and it's less than a month until they announce earnings that will meet or exceed expectations.

And if you're not happy with the 100% annual return that ACTL at 35 in a year would give you, check out their options. They're not widely traded, but they do exist.
