Bulletin -- SUF has a NEW BOARD!!! SUF shareholders tonight turfed out the old B of Dir!!!! A new slate of directors was elected!!! Dr. Chris Jennings and Evans remain on the Board. The option plan was defeated 12 million to one million shares. The private placement was approved. Jennings will presumably retain his diamond exploration expertise in the company! New board members (who will elect a new Pres) are: Valardi Pahti Lewis J. Fox Rudi Fronk Phillip Martin James Anthony Russell J. Dawson Banning.... Hepburn... et alll .. bye-bye...! Each new Board members pledged to purchase 100,000 shares in SUF personally. Great victory -- a new dawn is coming...! The move to Denver was not voted on, but the lawyer representing the new slate says it will not happen! Regards. Goalie.
