mrginz, one thing is certain. You are neither Bill S nor one of the illustrious Witches of Macbeth. Nor did you pay much attention during your New York schooling. If you had you would know that those merry crones chanted:

Now that's how someone who "was a New Yorker for 20+ years' would prepare and serve "s(o)uper chicken salad."

I am unable to decide whether you are Ginzburg from the delicatessen in The Bronx or someone who was overmargined and burned in the recent selloff.
