Haim, Do I need to scream louder? You did not answer my question regarding historical inclusion of this effect in the wages report. Show me that there is a difference in the option practice now versus historical standards. I personally benefit tremendously from options and have experienced the wealth effect. There have been plenty that have and have not. You tell me how this differs from those working at the nifty 50 that in fact did receive stock options. Please show me that the number of options/employee is greater now than has been the case historically and that the accounting for these options has been removed from the wage numbers and you can provide a basis for your argument. tp
