john - if we look at 8P results on 550MHz Xeon from DELL and CPQ, which are in the 40,000 range, versus the 31,000 4P results on an 800MHz box, the scaling looks like 1.75 speed adjusted. But the dynamics above 8P are completely unknown. 150,000 might be a realistic target but with no hardware and no OS, it's just too early to say.
