How much of that growth can be attributed to the ability on the other sites to (easily) create multiple aliases? How many of the total number of "members" have actually "joined" more than once?

I would hope that IF SI ever becomes "free" it will be able to prevent the "free for all" that exists on other sites by continuing to control the creation of an alias.

How much of the "growth" in number of posts on other sites can be attributed to not only no limit on the number of posts but also unlimited posts by the same individual using multiple aliases? Let us not overlook the fact that SI has a "Terms of Use" code that limits a poster to 20 messages within six hours. Imagine the reduction in number of posts if that rule were applied (and enforced) on RB or Y!

While I am on the subject of TOU....Bryan, could you explain #6?
