QCOM/China: Data's great but CDMA is simply the best air interface; you can have more subscribers on it more cheaply at any one time than any other method.

Everybody's going CDMA, if not now then later, as it simply makes the most sense. Either they'll go there through CDMA2000 or W-CDMA or first EDGE and then CDMA. All roads lead to Rome. And QCOM's the CDMA gatekeeper.

So China's noise, that's all. The market's myopic and just can't walk and chew gum at the same time. It can only have one idea at a time. Right now that idea is China, it's not Japan or Brazil or Mexico or HDR or Omnitracs or SnapTracs or even Eudora sponsored mode; just China. A LTBH should sleep through this whole ruckus. My opinion.
