Ram, I think ALSC looks pretty solid. I think they will easily beat earnings estimates and an increasingly bullish outlook on semis generally will favor ALSC as well. If ALSC is able to get its flash products out quickly and dedicate some of its UMC and Chartered production capacity to produce it, this year will be a great one. The UMC ADR will also strengthen ALSC when it comes to market. The biggest concerns I can see is are if ALSC is slow in getting new products to market and if the economy slows much faster than most are anticipating and brings the semi market to an abrupt halt. I don't think these are likely. Otherwise, ALSC should outperform the rest of the tech market whether its direction is up or down.
