Also weighing in were some recent, relatively telling, management changes, fresh deals, an edgy product in an exploding sector (VoIP). A charged short position.
Embarrassingly, somewhat because the previously considered rantings of a few "lunatics" who follow the company are actually being fulfilled.
But mostly, it's from studying the ticker, and noting the shakes, crosses, & accumulation the last few months, and most impressively, the support the last few days.
I think that's as much as I can fit in my nutshell...oh yeah...my gut feels really good on this one :O)
