Hi milo morai; So Tomshardware thinks that "Gerbers are the circuit boards that the DDR SDRAM devices will populate"? Not a chance. I am quite certain that "Gerbers" is a popular brand of baby food, but definitely not a circuit board. Sometime soon, Dataquest should publish its estimates of DRAM market penetration by memory type &c. I'm pretty sure that the figures for RDRAM will show substantial reductions from their previous overoptimistic estimates. I can hardly wait to post the comparisons, along with the corresponding Semico figures. -- Carl
