The shares are so cheap now that 1,000,000 or so dumped on the market wouldn't net the company much for renting the equipment on their own ... ... if that's what's going on ... Depends which pocket the chump change goes into don't you think ?? For every million shares there has to be fifty to sixty grand left over after "Tout" expenses . JMO of course... "BULLY"!
