O/T AIPN Delisting Play

Jeff: This is the second time AIPN faced delisting in six months. The last time this problem loomed (February, 2000), the porcine MM's at the AIPN trough took the stock up to $1 7/8 by March 8th.

OUR COMMON STOCK MAY BE DELISTED FROM THE NASDAQ NATIONAL MARKET FOR FAILURE TO SATISFY NASDAQ REQUIREMENTS FOR CONTINUED LISTING

Our common stock is traded on the NASDAQ National Market System. To continue our listing, we are required to maintain net tangible assets of at least $4,000,000 and the bid price of our common stock must be at least $1.00 per share. By letter dated October 1, 1999, NASDAQ notified us that our common stock failed to satisfy its minimum bid price standard for continued listing and we would be delisted if we did not meet that requirement by December 30, 1999. As of December 30, 1999, we still did not meet the requirement. We have appealed this delisting, which has been stayed pending a hearing scheduled for February 3, 2000.
