Mitel takes Vertex in a 300 million stock transaction! biz.yahoo.com The deal will hit the bottom line by 20 cents (because of dilution and increased R&D) . Great ! IMHO there has been too much focus on meeting numbers . BTW Mitel still has 200 million cash. This deal makes Mitel the MAJOR VOIP player . How good is Vertex ? Ask OKI (that deal was done 2 days ago). Guaranteed this will spark the stock .
