<<Good Toys ->>

Back in the 70s I was in a gun store that had guns up to $25,000 on display. Got to talking with the owner and he showed me a shotgun, made by H&H, that had been presented to the Shah of Iran. 5 sets of barrels and the scroll work went from receiver to barrel perfectly on each set.

H&H hand cuts every receiver from a solid block of steel and does all the scroll work before hardening. I read where about 20% of the receivers warp ever so slightly in the final hardening and are scrapped. Several hundred hours of fine craftmanship tossed.
